We, Brian & Kelly Rogers, are selling one AKC  Boxer. The sale price is ­­­­­­­­____ which is to be paid in full prior to the puppy being released to the purchaser. All deposits are non refundable. All puppies must be paid in full by 8 weeks of age if they are being picked up and by 7 weeks of age if they are to be shipped via air or ground transport, NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment in full is not received by the stated deadlines you will forfeit your deposit and the puppy will be placed back up for sale.

We guarantee this dog to be free of congenital defects for one year from its date of birth. Within one year, should this puppy be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian to have a congenital problem which affects the life of the dog, the sellers agree to do one of the following things: Offer a full refund with the return of the puppy to the seller; cover the medical expenses by the purchaser, up to and only up to the sales price of the puppy; or we will take the puppy back and upon availability of a puppy of the same breed, sex, and price you can choose a new puppy.  In order for this warranty to be valid we ask that you have your new puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase (unless otherwise discussed upon pickup) and provide proof of the visit in the form of a scanned copy of your bill or note from your vet, or you can fax us proof. Failure to do so will void this health guarantee. In order for any one of these options to be exercised you must first provide documentation and all medical records and veterinary statements/bills pertaining to the puppy in question to us. Upon receipt of these documents they will be reviewed by a second veterinarian. If the diagnosis is validated we will then discuss the options listed above. Failure to comply with providing the stated documentation will also void this contract.

Purchaser shall have 72 hours from the time of delivery of the puppy to rescind this transaction and return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price. We will not refund your money unless there is a legitimate health concern stated by a veterinarian. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or if unforeseen personal issues arise with the puppy once you have taken ownership. We will not be responsible for any routine vet bills once you have taken ownership of the puppy, this is your responsibility as a puppy owner.

We do not warranty against injury, accidental death, or everyday illnesses once the purchaser assumes responsibility of this puppy. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: Coccidia, kennel cough, cancer, demodectic mange, scabies, growths, allergies, and other autoimmune system disorders that are not covered in this guarantee.  Coccidia & Kennel Cough, are common in puppies that are shipped and is caused by bacteria.  Both are not life-threatening and are easily treated.  Kennel Cough is like a common cold and must run its course. We do not breed dogs that have or have ever had a history of demodectic mange. This is a very common condition in Boxers and Bulldogs and many experience an outbreak at some point in their lives. This condition is not life altering and is easily treated as well and therefore we do not cover it. We do not cover “cherry eye” as it is a common, breed specific issue that can occur at any time and is not a hereditary issue. Due to complex genetic interactions and environmental factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that a puppy purchased from us will be free of genetic disorders.  Should a puppy be found to have such a genetic disorder, we do provide you with several options listed in this contract. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, or umbilical hernia. We do not guarantee any of our puppies to be show quality.

At any time during this dog’s life should the purchaser become unable or unwilling to care for this dog, All4Rogers’ Boxers & Bulldogs reserves the right to have first option to buy this puppy back. This puppy is not to be sold or re-homed without prior consent from us. These puppies are raised and cared for as a part of our family and we do not want to see them end up in the hands of a shelter or a puppy mill. We are always willing to provide support to new puppy owners and would love to help with any questions you may have.
